Warranty is valid for original purchasing customer who can supply valid proof of purchase.  NICOmate reserves the right to refuse any exchange.  NICOmate will, at its discretion, replace any defective part with a brand new replacement that is identical or better and newer if available. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product or unauthorized modifications. This Lifetime Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.  NICOmate reserves the right to null and void the Lifetime Warranty for whatever reason and at any time.

Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Lifetime Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.
